Hello, over the years I have met thousands of amazing people and I recently realized I have not been very good at staying in touch with any of you.

I am always learning helpful tips and come across many good opportunities, but I have not been great at sharing them with my you or anyone in my network. 


So, after being mentored by several marketing professional, I am going to do a monthly information email. It will simply contain some of the best information I have come across, opportunities for you or your clients and information that you share with me to share with my network. I will keep it to a 4-6 points that might help you, your business or your clients. 

I intend this email to be a way for us to stay connected and help each other as well as our clients. I understand if you are not the type of person that looks out for your clients and are not interested in building more relationship. That's ok, you can unsubscribe and it will not hurt my feeling (too much). 

But I hope you will find this information valuable and worth sharing with others and that you will share opportunities that you come across with me to include in future editions.

I also look forward to getting your feedback. I want this to add value to you and be something you look forward to getting, not just another email. 



Information I think is worth sharing: 

1. Brian Buffini, a real estate coach, has a "pop by" program to stay in touch with key prospects and referral partners. It is highly transferable to other industries. It is perfect for professionals that want to develop deeper relationships with their prospects, referral partners and existing clients. 

2. Mitigating Taxes in a business sale are a real concern especially in the larger deals. For your clients that might be looking to sell, here are 5 ways to defer tax when selling a business and I am looking for advisors in each of these methods. Do you know someone who is an expert in any of these methods, I'd love to meet them. 

3. We just listed a downtown restaurant in the Economic Zone and the seller is requiring a concept change. Ideal concepts would be Sushi, BBQ, Indian, or Burger/American. It has 49 seats and is more upscale. The seller is highly motivated. I would love to talk with anyone looking to open up a restaurant downtown. 

4. (Just for a laugh) I was recently crowned the "Empress of Appetizers" for my Royal Pineapple Cheeseballs. It is the perfect appetizer for any occasion.
